Introduction

Dr Nahida El-Rifai is a part time pediatrician and pediatric gastroenterologist at Makassed General Hospital. She graduated in 2001 as General pediatrician from Makassed General Hospital then she did a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology in CHRU Lille, France and she got her diploma in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition in 2003. Dr El-Rifai is involved in the clinical teaching program at Beirut Arab University as Clinical assistant professor and as a lecturer at Lebanese University. During her career, she published several papers in the field of pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology. • Clinical Assistant Professor in Beirut Arab University since 2015 till now • Lecturer in the Lebanese University of Medicine since 2015 till now • Ex-President of the Lebanese association of Pediatric gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition • General Secretary of the Lebanese Pediatric Society March 2019- January 2022
